You can cancel your order within 30 days without giving a reason. That's longer than the 14 days the law gives you. The 30 days start the day after you, or someone you've named other than the courier, get your shirt.
To cancel, tell us clearly before the 30 days are up. Email, a letter or the form at the bottom of this page all work, and the form is optional. You're in time as long as you send your message before the deadline.
Post the shirt to the address below without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you tell us you're cancelling. You're in time if you send it before those 14 days are up. You pay the direct cost of returning it, unless it's faulty or it's the wrong shirt.
We'll refund everything you paid, including the £3.50 post, without undue delay. That will be no later than 14 days after we get the shirt back, or 14 days after you show us proof of sending it, whichever comes first. We may hold the refund until then. It goes back to the same card or payment method, with no fee to you.
You're only responsible for any drop in value caused by handling the shirt beyond what's needed to check its nature, characteristics and how it works. Trying it on is fine. Wearing it out or washing it isn't, and we may take the loss in value off your refund.
Your shirt must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If it's faulty, misprinted, damaged or the wrong one, email us with your order details and a photo, and we'll pay for it to come back.
Within 30 days of getting it you can reject it for a full refund. After that we'll replace it, and if that doesn't put things right you can have some or all of your money back. None of this limits your legal rights.
